ARF
Used to refer to how much assembly work is required before the plane is flown. An Almost Ready to Fly (ARF) requires radio and engine mounting and assembly of the airframe part using adhesives. The wings, fuselage and tail surfaces are built and covered, but the control surfaces are not installed.
